Northmill has signed a lease for new offices in the Silesia Star complex in Katowice. The complex was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates Architecture Studio and consists of two eight-story buildings, connected by a 2100 square meter shopping area. Northmill will occupy a 500 square meter office and join companies such as Deloitte, Mentor Graphics and Getin Noble Bank.
This is the second expansion for Northmill in the past year; in December 2016, Northmill Finland moved to its third office to facilitate further growth.
“Northmill has been active in Poland for a long time, and we think it’s a market with lots of potential. Expanding here is key for us, and moving into larger, open spaces is the first step to enable growth and give room to creativity. Our goal has always been to provide the best possible working environment so we can attract even more talented people,” says Lars Blomfeldt, Chief Executive Officer at Northmill.
Northmill expects the move to be done in December. Additional images from the Silesia Star complex can be found below.
