Annie comes from a 3-year-tenure at Benify’s HR function, most recently as a HR Manager for the company’s IT department. She previously specialised in IT-recruitment and the Talent Acquisition-area, both at Benify and the consultant company Academic Work. Annie holds an Msc. in Labour Law and a Bsc. in Sociology/Human Relations.
On joining Northmill, Annie said the follow: “Northmill’s culture is one of the foremost reasons I joined, which is something I value very highly! It can be reflected by a good mix between responsibility and possibilities where Northmill’s coworkers get to grow, contribute and most importantly; be happy at work. It’s a culture reflected by forward thinking, team spirit and a strong sense of belonging. There’s vision and the urge to build something groundbreaking in the air - which I personally love!”
