Northmill announces partnership with Twilio

News Nortmill Twilio

Northmill, the financial services company, is proud to announce its partnership with Twilio, the San Francisco based communications platform. By integrating Twilio’s technology with Northmill’s custom-built CRM, customer service employees can get relevant user information faster, thus increasing productivity and improving the customer experience.

Every customer service representative relies on a number of systems to do their job efficiently, like a CRM system for managing customer data, a chat system to talk to customers, and a dialer for receiving customer phone calls. With Twilio’s sophisticated developer tools, Northmill was able to integrate a dialer directly into their CRM, removing the need for a separate system, thereby removing friction for customer service agents. In addition, Twilio’s technology also allowed the employee to get relevant customer information before the call began. These solutions had a dramatic effect on the department’s efficiency, with average agent productivity increasing by 50 percent.

“Removing friction for both our customers and coworkers is crucial to deliver on our mission to simplify everyone’s financial life. We’re happy to partner with innovative companies like Twilio to ensure that our platform is as efficient and scalable as possible”, says Lars Blomfeldt, Chief Executive Officer at Northmill.
