Northmill purchases p2p technology

Northmill announces that the company has purchased the former p2p company Trustbuddy's technology. The Swedish news agency Di Digital was the first to write about the acquisition and interviewed Northmill's Public Relations Officer Markus Eriksson who confirmed that the deal was closed and that the technology behind the p2p platform contains a high quality level.

For Northmill this is one further strategic step to develop and offer more innovative financial products in the FinTech area.

Several other Swedish news agencies such as Realtid, VA FinansBreakit and the american site Crowdfund Insider picked up the news very quickly.

Northmill has not yet revealed any details about how the company intends to capitalize on the acquisition, but launching our own P2P lending platform is not an impossible scenario.
