Remuneration at Northmill

Northmill has a transparent remuneration policy as well as instructions and processes for remuneration that ensure a sound remuneration structure throughout the organization.

The remuneration structure takes into account partly the importance of well-balanced but differentiated remuneration structures, which are based on the needs of the business and support sound and efficient risk management and, in addition, do not encourage excessive risk-taking and short-term profits or counteract Northmill's long-term interests.

Purpose of remuneration

The purpose of the remuneration structure is to both strengthen the ability to attract and retain talents at all positions and support equitable and fair treatment, but also to ensure that Northmill's remuneration maintains effective risk management and is in accordance with current regulations.

The board has established this in the remuneration policy, which is updated and adopted annually or when necessary.
